SWATHI is registered under F.C.R.A (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976) from Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, INDIA. to accept contributions and donations from foreign Donors, Agencies, Individuals.

SWATHI is registered under Income tax Tax Exemption. All the contributions and Donations to SWATHI are tax exempted under 12 (A) & 80 (G).
